Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.Express shipping is available at launch.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.For US customers, shipping options may vary depending on tariffs and logistics at the time of purchase.
Priority Production
If you would like your order to be crafted immediately, we offer prioritized production for an additional fee. The rate depends on the piece.
Orders are traceable
Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time. Once the order is completed you will receive a tracking-number in the order confirmation email.
Domestic Orders
Domestic orders are shipped by PostNord and will be delivered to your nearest PostNord Service Point within 1-3 business days, with the exception of sale periods. A text notification will be sent to your cell phone when your package is ready to be collected. This service is free of charge. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to AAJIYA. If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
International Orders
All international orders outside of Sweden are shipped by DHL standard delivery. The expected arrival date for international orders is approximately two to three weeks from the order date.
Delivery Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Delays caused by our shipping partners (PostNord and DHL) are outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after dispatch, please contact us at help@aajiya.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Secure Delivery & Post-Delivery Liability
To ensure safe delivery, we recommend arranging for your package to be delivered to a secure location or received in person.
Our shipping partners confirm delivery using GPS tracking and photo proof.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
AAJIYA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
If your package is stolen after delivery, we advise you to contact your property management, building security, or local authorities to report and resolve the issue.
