We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unused and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Exchanges are accepted (subject to availability)

• Accessories (e.g. gloves) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Custom-made pieces are non-returnable

We accept returns for a refund if the item is returned in approved, saleable condition within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging (including the ziplock bag)
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Be free from makeup, hair, stains, odours, and perfume
